My resume in a nutshell
I'm a researcher, thought-leader, writer and speaker, and built a very versatile resume in a relatively short time. I hold titles in management, philosophy and business ethics, and developed a broad understanding of varying operating fields and levels within organizations.
At Curio, one of the Netherlands' largest regional vocational education providers, I researched and developed the organizational culture. I designed and implemented several initiatives, and gave presentations for management teams frequently. Conducting 89 semi-structured interviews resulted in detailed research and advisory reports. In addition, I created The DNA of Curio, a booklet that tells the story of the organization and plays an important role in the development of the organizational culture. Recently I wrote and developed my paper and framework The Biological Foundation for Organizational Flourishing and To 100 Years in 52 Weeks, a 52-week guide to a blue zone-lifestyle for individuals.

Igniting flourishing in your organization
The Biological Foundation for Organizational Flourishing forms the basis of BloomPrint, my keynotes, and the practical applications I develop(ed) for organizations. Through these insights and applications, I bring clarity that leads to consciousness, transformation, and flourishing.
